integrated climate change adaptation (cca) and flood risk management strategy and plan for the drin
the aim of the asssigment is to enhance flood risk management at the drin basin level by defining common strategy, objectives and measures that would integrate transboundary basin wide planning needs into the national policy documents. the objective is to develop drin river basin frm strategy (frms) and action plan (frmp) for the implementation of the strategy to be adopted by the drin riparians.
